Up and down life...
My extended weekend (I didn't go to work on Friday and I called off today as well) was pretty rough at times. Just felt like doing much of nothing. My Mom was worried as usual about my well being. I usually tell her that I'm fine, when sometimes I'm not. I just felt blue most of the weekend, and that is a bit strange for me sometimes cuz I look forward to the weekends.
And I changed my mind once again about going to the class reunion this Wednesday. I had yet another weird dream. The first one that I recall involved me arguing with a former classmate, don't remember who it was exactly, but we were exchanging some fighting words, although we never raised a fist. The latest dream that I had involved me running into my old Advanced Algebra/ Pre-Calculus teacher from high school while walking through a department store. As we walked and talked, I asked her if she was gioing to attend the reunion; she never replied. Although throughout the entire conversation she purchased furs and jewelry and other items. Now that I think about it, that last dream didn't make much sense at all, unless all of those objects symbolized something. I guess I shoulg purchase a dream analysis book and figure things out for myself. It'll keep me busy and entertained at least. And it gives me an excuse to visit Ludlow Ave. located near campus this week. There is this unique atmosphere on that street that is like no other street in the city of Cincinnati. Just unique; its one of those things that you have to experience in order to understand.
Well, there were a few highlights to my weekend. On Thursday, the Bearcats won the crosstown shootout against xavier 75-55 and they also just won earlier tonight against richmond, i forgot what the score was.
And while wondering around the internet, i stumbled upon this site which has a section of free desktop downloads such as this one that I just downloaded. Haven't changed my desktop since I created this one on my own back in the summer. That was the first one that I am really proud of, well, so far. I'm going and try to create more when I get extra bored on those days when I sit around the house like a big ol' couch potato.
